BMS Wire Harness
E4A-CAS-00006-00
The E4A-CAS-00006-00 wire harness is designed to connect the BMS-1001-TH to Ni-CAD or Lead-Acid cells within a battery bank. It enables the integration of individual cell terminals with the BMS wireless sensor for accurate voltage measurement. Upon request, the end user may opt to replace the blunt-cut cable end on the right side with an O-ring terminal for improved connectivity.
Design Notes:
Wire Harness uses 11 of 12 conductors, conductor 12 is cut as per harness.
All cable and wiring components as found in BOM are CSA/ESA approved materials.
Installation Notes:
Wire harness leads can be coiled and secured using tie wraps/zip ties based on installer discretion.
Wire leads can be field trimmed as required by the installer.
